Our Super Energy Formula is designed to help provide a sufficient amount energy in order to get through the day without caffeine. Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop in approximately 8 ounces of water or skim milk in a blender. You may add your favorite fruit. Even though you may use banana if you choose, it is not always recommended because bananas have a high glycemic index (meaning it readily converts to sugar and thus fat). Therefore, rotate your fruit selection if you decide to add fruit.
