Our Super Energy Formula is designed to help provide a sufficient amount energy in order to get through the day without caffeine. Among other nutrients, this product contains rhodiola Rosea, a natural plant extract that has been used for ages to fight occasional fatigue and increase the body's ability to cope with internal and external stress factors. It's been used to help give Russian athletes, soldiers and cosmonauts a physiological advantage.
This product combines a unique formulation of herbs that help fight fatigue, enhance endurance and support physical energy.
Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop in approximately 8 ounces of water or skim milk in a blender. You may add your favorite fruit. Even though you may use banana if you choose, it is not always recommended because bananas have a high glycemic index (meaning it readily converts to sugar and thus fat). Therefore, rotate your fruit selection if you decide to add fruit.
