Suggested usage:
Adult Directions: 1-2 Capsules Daily before mealtime, preferably in the morning. For occasional GI discomfort, may take 2 caps hourly up to 4 hours. This product is formulated to contain at least 14 billion CFU at the time of manufacture. Storage conditions may affect contents over time.
