I just wanted to say that I have been taking H57 for about 2 weeks, I know that's not very long but I just have to tell you that so far it is the answer to my very frustrated prayers. I need to lose about 150 lbs. and so far I have been able to cut my calories down dramatically from around 4000 + calories a day to 2500. I love this product !!!

I have a lot of reasons for losing the weight the most important is my back pain, it hurts to move. But with your product I can see the light at the end of a very long tunnel finally.
