Only a few days after the mass killings by a man on mood drugs in America, a 17 year old man in Stuttgart Germany killed 15 students and teachers in his high school. The newspaper reports he received psychiatric treatment for depression which normally includes drugs. For many people taking these drugs it’s a time bomb.
